Planning your production

Common questions

What does full production include?

Kitavin Studio can plan the budget and schedule, assemble the crew and cast, develop the creative direction, prepare the set, manage the shoot and coordinate agreed post-production. Your proposal defines the included services, deliverables and responsibilities.

Do I need a finished brief?

No. Start with the product, a reference or a shoot date. We’ll help define the creative brief and production scope before preparing a proposal.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We can manage the full production or join your team for creative direction or set design. We agree who handles each part before work begins.

Can one shoot cover photography and film?

Yes. Tell us which photographs and films you need, including lengths and formats. We’ll plan the team and schedule around those deliverables.

What determines the cost?

The concept, team, casting, location, set, shoot duration, post-production, final formats and usage all affect the quote. Share a budget range if you have one; we agree the scope, assumptions, approval stages and fees before work begins.

How far ahead should we contact you?

As soon as the campaign dates or delivery deadline are known. Preparation depends on the concept, crew availability, location, set build and required approvals. We confirm a workable schedule for the actual brief rather than promise one lead time for every production.

Can you support an international team shooting in the GCC?

Yes. We scope Dubai-led production support around the visiting team, city, dates and deliverables. Local crew, suppliers and partners are agreed for each project; location access, permissions and other dependencies are confirmed with the relevant specialists before commitments are made.

What should we send to request a production quote?

Send the brand or product, required photographs and films, location, shoot dates or delivery deadline, visual references, intended usage and a budget range if available. An early brief is enough to start the conversation; we can help define what is still undecided.
