When you contact us

WhatsApp and email links open those services. Their providers handle your communications under their own terms and privacy policies. A WhatsApp link opens a draft; you choose whether to send it.

Website forms send us the details you enter: your name, contact information, project description or portfolio link. Please leave out sensitive personal details and confidential information belonging to other people.

How we use submissions

We use project enquiries to discuss the work and next steps. We use talent applications to review portfolios and discuss possible representation. Applying does not create an agreement, authorise us to publish your work or subscribe you to marketing messages.

Form submissions are kept in a private inbox for up to 90 days. If we continue the conversation, relevant details may be added to our private client records. Those records may be kept longer, depending on the relationship and business or legal record-keeping requirements.

Website data

The website does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. If a form uses a spam check, its provider processes the information needed to verify the submission.

Who can access your information

Studio access is limited to handling enquiries, applications and related business records. Hosting, form-security and communication providers may process information to deliver their services. We do not publish application details or create an artist profile without approval.

Request a correction or deletion

Email the studio to ask us to correct or delete information you have submitted. Some records may need to be kept for existing business or legal obligations. You can also use email for enquiries instead of a website form or WhatsApp.
